ok, i can not figure out how to get images into a flash pane. I have looked every where and tried every thing! (or so i think, lol) Does anyone know?

Are you just wanting to bring an image into flash? Use file > import, then select the image you want to bring in. If you want to access this image later, to put it in multiple spots, or whatever, open up the library and it's in there. (Ctrl-L)
