need little help please

i am brand new at this, but i'm learning...

my problem is this.....

i installed MSSTI RSS Feed 2.0 with ACP using automod.
i followed the install directions to the letter.
after all the changes were made, i clicked install and automod told me that the installation was successful.
it went on to list the changes that were made, and labeled all those as "successful".
i then went on to the directions for enabling the rss feeds, and step 5 says to add module.
the problem i have is that rss is not listed as a module to add....i have scanned everywhere and cant seem to find the solution to this problem.

what am i doing wrong?
