Ok guys and girls, I apperently need a camera for work but cannot carry a camera without permission on site....

So i need a cheap pay as you go camera phone wich can be connected to a pc, the picture quality has to be good as i need them for log sheets.

Reason for cheap, is that i work in a dirty environment so new phones dont quote contracts as i keep getting turned down for credit reasons, which baffle me as my credit rating is pretty good...
