Whats my best options? No real prefrence as I know very little about phones these days. I would however like a flash on the camera If any of the phones in that price range offer that.

Well, you are quite limited at ?100 for starters.

If you like a decent camera, I think Argos are doing the Samsung M8800 Pixon for ?100-120.

buy 2nd hand perhaps, more bang for your buck? i assume you aren't wanting to go on contract?

back at ?99 new, and a very good phone. No flash though

i had this phone until it broke (water damage but still managed to get ?45 on ebay) and id reccomend it highly, not the best camera but did have the flash the OP wanted.

Sony Errikson K800i. Best camera and flash evar..

At ?99 I don't think there is anything that can compete with this phone.
