Which of these cars would be your choice given a budget?

Audi A3 1.9TDI 05 - 59000M ?3500

MG TF 03 1.6 - 45000M ?2950

MAZDA MX-5 1.6i 2dr Convertible - 56000M ? 3900

2005 VOLKSWAGEN GOLF 1.9 S TDI 5dr Diesel - 100000M ?4000

Out of these 4 card, which would be the best choice?

Depends if you want a convertible or a diesel hatchback?

I would like a convertible for the summer, but during the winter i would prefer a hatchback.

Just dont want to be stuck with one car and make the wrong choice.

A Golf with the same engine and manufacturing year yet almost twice the mileage as the Audi, for an extra ?500...bargain, I'd get that .

If picking only one, of those, the Audi...but then my colleague's MX-5 is a nightmare in the winter.

A3 although I would get the mazda if it was a 1.8

mk2.5 looks nice but would be interested to see what other mod they have done as iirc they didn't come with a front strut brace as standard. Also thats a high premium over a mk2

Depends on the output of the A3/Golf.
And also whether you want a diesel hatch back or a convertible.

I know the car wont be perfect, far from it i know, but im just the average worker with a not so good wage and on a budget

A 2005 Audi A3 for ?3500, what what? Is has to be damaged/salvage for that price.
